A Rugby Ready course and a Scrum Factory course are being held at Penrith RUFC on Sunday 12th May 2013.
These are free for all teachers and teaching assistants as the funding has been secured through the Cumbria Schools Union.
If you wish to attend, please book online at:

Choose the RFU North East & Yorkshire region.
On completion of the courses, you can then claim a refund through Cumbria Rugby Union. |

What is a 200 Club?
For those who’ve not come across one before, a ‘200 club’ is a regular lottery, which is usually run for some charitable purpose, in this case the Kendal Rugby Club. The 200 Club is defined as a ‘private lottery’ under Section 4 of the Lotteries & Amusements Act 1976.

The following levels of Membership include entry to all home LEAGUE games.
- Full Membership £95 (inc VAT)
- Joint Full Membership £160 (inc VAT)
- Full Membership Concessions (OAP’s & Non Playing Students) £60 (inc VAT)
- Joint Full Membership Concessions (OAP’s & Non Playing Students) £110 (inc VAT)
The following levels of Membership do not include entry to home LEAGUE games.
- Club Membership £52 (inc VAT)
- Joint Club Membership £90 (inc VAT)
- Club Membership Concessions (OAP’s & Non Playing Students)
- £42 (inc VAT)
Players Membership
- Senior Players Membership £25 (inc VAT)

Kendal 6 Loughborough Colleges 30 (HT: 6 - 13)
With some welcome rain ending the spring drought, after six weeks of bone hard pitches, Kendal fought like tigers till the bitter end, but eventually succumbed to a fit and fast Loughborough XV.
