At Kendal Rugby Club we have two great rooms for hire, perfect for your function, conference, party, wedding or anything else you would like it for.

Our main room will take approximately 200 guests, we can set it up for conferences or sit down meals, sportsmans dinners etc.

We are happy to provide food for your event, with a choice of buffets of hot sit down meals.

Our second lounge bar is available for up to 70 people which is ideal for smaller functions, quizzes or socials.

Daytime - 8am – 6pm

   Main Bar Room only - £100

   Self Serve tea and coffee available - £2.00 per head guide price

   Small Bar Room only - £50

   Self Serve tea and coffee available - £2.00 per head guide price

Evening Room Hire - 6pm till Late

   Main Room

   Free Hire if bar in use for parties/weddings/etc.

   Own food - £40 charge

   Room without Bar - £40

   Small Room

   Free if bar in use for parties/weddings/etc.

   Own food - £40 charge (unless rubgy club based)
